About us
Gilleleje Hot yoga is a wonderful little studio with a maximum of 10 participants on each team.

We are located by forest and beach in the old town of Gilleleje. The short distance to the sea means that many choose a sea bath after training - all year round.
​
Here is a nice relaxed, homely atmosphere and the small teams give our skilled instructors the opportunity to be more present with the individual student.
​
Although we are a small studio, we strive to be at the forefront, with new exciting initiatives. At the same time, we value and value the old traditional forms of yoga highly and we recommend all our students to get both YIn & Yang by mixing the different forms of yoga.
We also recommend that you read the practical information on this page before coming for the first time.

Everyone can practice Hot Yoga, regardless of age, experience and level.
