Postpartum Yoga

Postpartum yoga is for you who have just given birth and the babies are brought to training. We have a special focus on the pelvic floor and tightening of the abdominal / back muscles.

And

The training gives sweat on the forehead but is without running and jumping. We end with a good relaxation and motor training / tumbling with the little ones.

And

If you feel like it, you can bring fruit / snacks and stay a bit after training and talk to the other mothers on the team.

And

Many use the team as an alternative or supplement to mother group.

And

The team is on request, so if you are a mother group ready we will create the team. Alternatively, you can get on a list and be notified when we have a minimum of 5 mothers who want to start.
